How to Make Salmon with Whole Lemon Dressing

1. Prepare Lemon Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped lemons, shallot, and chopped fresh herbs. Pour in the white wine vinegar and mix these ingredients together.

2. Season and Bake the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay the salmon fillet in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and spoon half of the lemon dressing over the top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Prepare the Platter

Scatter the torn lettuce across the serving platter.

4. Serve the Salmon

Transfer the baked salmon onto the prepared platter, drizzle the remaining lemon dressing over the fish, and garnish with the fresh slices of cucumber or radish.
