How to Make Salmon with Mujadara

    1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Salmon

Preheat your oven to 300ºF and prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with olive oil. Season the salmon fillets on all sides with salt and ground sumac, then place them on the prepared sheet pan.

    2. Bake the Salmon

Place the sheet pan with the salmon on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon appears opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

    3. Assemble and Serve

Arrange the Freekah Mujadara in bowls. Once the salmon is ready, gently place a fillet on top of the mujadara in each bowl. Add a tablespoon of cool, creamy labneh beside the salmon. Drizzle a little olive oil over everything and sprinkle a pinch of ground sumac for an added burst of flavor.
