How to Make Bianca Pizza Crust

1. Preheat and Broil

Preheat your oven to the broil setting. Place a pizza stone or a baking sheet in the oven to heat up. Once hot, carefully slide your pizza crust onto the preheated surface. Broil for just 1 to 2 minutes, watching closely for a lightly toasted, golden appearance.

2. Add Olive Oil and Sea Salt

Remove the crust from the oven. Drizzle a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over the surface and sprinkle a tablespoon of smoked coarse sea salt for flavor.

3. Cut and Serve

While the crust is still warm, cut it into six slices with a pizza cutter or knife. Serve as is, or with accompaniments like salumi and cheeses.
