How to Make Deeply Toasted Almond Butter

    1. Roast Almonds

Preheat your oven to 325°F (170°C). Spread the almonds evenly on a sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until they reach a toffee color and fragrant aroma. Remove from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.

    2. Blend Ingredients

Transfer the cooled almonds to a blender or food processor. Add the honey, sea salt, and neutral oil. Process until the mixture becomes creamy, warm, and smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides, ensuring everything is well combined.

    3. Store Almond Butter

Once the almond butter has reached the desired consistency, transfer it to a sealable container and store it in the fridge.
