How to Make Cheater Harissa

1. Combine Dry Ingredients with Lemon Juice

Whisk together the sweet smoked paprika, fresh lemon juice, minced chipotles, minced garlic cloves, kosher salt, ground cumin, and ground coriander in a small bowl until well-blended.

2. Incorporate Olive Oil

Gradually whisk in the extra-virgin olive oil to the mixture from step 1, ensuring it emulsifies and turns into a glossy paste.

3. Store the Harissa

Transfer the harissa paste into a jar, cover, and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
