How to Make Cheesy Quesadillas

1. Prepare Tortillas and Cheese

Lay out 4 tortillas flat on your workspace. Sprinkle an even layer of grated Monterey Jack cheese over each tortilla.

2. Form Quesadillas

Place the remaining 4 tortillas on top of the cheese-topped ones to create a sandwich-like formation with the cheese in between.

3. Cook Quesadillas

Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Carefully place one quesadilla into the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden. Flip the quesadilla over to cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
