How to Make Fideos with Lamb Sausage, Chickpeas & Mint

    1. Brown the Lamb Sausage

Begin by browning the lamb sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Once the sausage is perfectly browned, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.

    2. Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion in olive oil until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic fragrant.

    3. Toast the Fideos

Add the fideos to the skillet and cook them until they become golden, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

    4. Combine Ingredients and Simmer

Stir in the chickpeas, then pour in enough broth to cover everything. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let this mixture simmer until the fideos have absorbed the broth and are tender.

    5. Finish with Mint and Serve

Just before serving, stir in the freshly chopped mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy the comforting and flavorful experience.
