1. Prepare the Skillet
Preheat a heavy skillet over a medium-low flame.
2. Spread Mayonnaise on Bread
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over each slice of bread.
3. Begin Grilling the Sandwich
Lay one slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, into the skillet, then sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the bread and let it melt for 6 to 10 minutes.
