How to Make Vanilla Lime Ice Pops with Raspberries

    1. Prepare the Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine the water, lime zest, sugar, vanilla bean, and its seeds. Warm the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently until the sugar completely dissolves.

    2. Infuse the Syrup

Allow the mixture to infuse for at least 15 minutes so the lime zest and vanilla bean steep in the syrup and thoroughly permeate the liquid.

    3. Combine Lime Juice

Once infused, stir in the fresh lime juice, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.

    4. Fill Ice Pop Molds

Pour the lime mixture evenly into the ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Drop a few fresh raspberries into each mold.

    5. Freeze Ice Pops

Place the filled molds in the freezer, ensuring they stand upright, and let them freeze solid for at least 4 hours.

    6. Serve

To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently wiggle the sticks to release the ice pops.
