How to Make Vanilla Lime Ice Pops with Raspberries

    1. Prepare Sugar Mixture

Combine water, lime zest, granulated sugar, and a split vanilla bean with its seeds in a small saucepan. Warm the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently until the sugar dissolves completely.

    2. Infuse Flavors

Once the sugar has dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it stand for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

    3. Add Lime Juice

Stir in the fresh lime juice into the sugar mixture until well combined.

    4. Fill Molds and Add Raspberries

Pour the lime-vanilla mixture into ice pop molds, then gently add fresh raspberries, evenly distributing them in each mold.

    5. Freeze Ice Pops

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice pops are solid.

    6. Serve

To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the ice pops, then release them.
