How to Make Strawberry Rosé Ice Pops

    1. Dissolve Sugar

In a saucepan, combine the granulated sugar with an equal amount of water and gently simmer until the sugar completely dissolves.

    2. Cook Strawberries

Introduce the strawberries to the saucepan with the dissolved sugar mixture. Allow them to cook slightly to enhance their natural sweetness and aroma.

    3. Blend Mixture

Transfer the strawberry and sugar mixture into a blender. Add the lemon juice and rosé wine, then blend until you achieve a silky purée.

    4. Fill Ice Pop Molds

Pour the blended mixture into your choice of ice pop molds or plastic sleeves, filling them up to just below the rim, leaving a little space for the mixture to expand as it freezes.

    5. Freeze

Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, until the mixture solidifies into perfect ice pops.
