How to Make Strawberry Delight Popsicles

1. Blend Strawberries

Gather your washed and hulled strawberries. Place them into a blender along with the granulated sugar, optional freeze-dried strawberry powder, fresh lemon juice, and Diamond Crystal kosher salt. Blend the mixture until it becomes very smooth, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.

2. Mix with Strawberry Jam

Pour the strawberry mixture into a medium bowl. Add the strawberry jam to the bowl and whisk everything together until thoroughly combined.

3. Fill Popsicle Molds

Carefully divide the strawberry mixture evenly among six 3-fluid-ounce popsicle molds. For an easier time filling the molds, consider using a vessel with a spout, such as a blender jar or measuring cup.

4. Freeze Popsicles

Place the filled molds into your freezer and let them freeze until completely solid, which will take at least 8 hours. When ready to enjoy, follow the instructions specific to your popsicle molds to unmold them.
