How to Make Frozen Blackberries and Labne with Honey

    1. Prepare Loaf Pan

Spray a 9 x 4-inch loaf pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray and then line it with plastic wrap for easy removal of the dessert.

    2. Cook Berries

In a small pan over medium-high heat, combine 1/4 cup of the honey with the blackberries. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the berries start to break down and the liquid thickens, creating a jammy consistency.

    3. Whip Cream

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until medium-stiff peaks form.

    4. Combine Labne and Honey

Gently fold the labne, the remaining 1/2 cup of honey, and a pinch of salt into the whipped cream using a spatula.

    5. Fold in Berry Mixture

Barely fold the cooled berry mixture into the cream mixture, leaving large streaks of berry throughout to create a marbled effect.

    6. Freeze

Transfer the combined mixture into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with the spatula. Freeze for at least 2 hours until it reaches a semifreddo-like consistency.
