How to Make Perfectly Creamy Hard-Boiled Eggs

    1. Prepare Eggs for Boiling

Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with about an inch of cold water. Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    2. Cook Eggs

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat, cover it, and let the eggs sit undisturbed for 10 minutes. This gentle cooking method ensures that the whites turn out firm while keeping the yolks moist and creamy.

    3. Prepare Ice Bath

While the eggs are sitting, fill a medium bowl with 4 cups of cold water and 4 cups of ice cubes.

    4. Chill Eggs

After the 10 minutes are up, transfer the eggs to the ice bath using a slotted spoon. Let them sit in the ice bath for about 5 minutes. This step stops the cooking process and makes the eggs easier to peel.
