1. Whisk Eggs and Liquid
In a medium-sized, microwave-safe cereal bowl, whisk together two large eggs with a cup of kombu dashi (or your choice of liquid) and a dash of salt until well combined, making sure to avoid any air bubbles.
2. Microwave the Mixture
Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate and microwave at 50% power for 5 to 7 minutes, until the eggs are just set and have a soft, custard-like texture.
3. Rest and Season
