1. Mix Vinegar with Salt and Pepper
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar with a pinch of salt and fresh-ground black pepper until the salt is dissolved and the pepper is evenly distributed.
2. Emulsify with Olive Oil
Gradually drizzle in 3 to 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil while continuously whisking to create a stable emulsion. The vinaigrette is ready when it is homogeneous and slightly thickened.
