How to Make Chorizo Dressing

1. Cook the Chorizo

Place the chorizo in a small skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 8 to 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

2. Add Garlic

Add the finely chopped garlic to the skillet, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Combine the Dressing Ingredients

Transfer the cooked chorizo and garlic to a jar. Add the oil, apple cider vinegar, crumbled oregano, and a pinch of salt. Secure the lid and shake well until the ingredients emulsify into a smooth dressing.

4. Adjust Seasoning and Serve

Taste and adjust the salt if necessary. Refrigerate or warm the dressing for 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave before serving, if desired.
