How to Make Roasted Apricot S’mores

    1. Prepare and Wrap Apricots

Begin by taking your apricots and cutting each one in half to remove the pit. Place a piece of bittersweet chocolate in the center of one half and then reassemble the apricot. Wrap each chocolate-filled apricot snugly in a piece of foil, ensuring it’s well-sealed.

    2. Roast Apricots

Place your foil-wrapped apricots on a bed of hot coals or in a preheated oven. Roast them for about 10 minutes. You'll know they’re ready when you hear a gentle ‘talking’ sound coming from the foil.

    3. Cool Apricots

Once roasted, give the apricots a few minutes to cool. This will let the flavors settle and make them easier to handle.

    4. Roast Marshmallows

While the apricots cool, grab some marshmallows and carefully roast them over a campfire or any heat source available. You want them to be golden and gooey.

    5. Assemble S’mores

Take two Speculaas Graham Crackers and sandwich a roasted apricot and a roasted marshmallow between them. Enjoy your Roasted Apricot S’mores!
