How to Make Ginger Roasted Pears with Vanilla Cream

1. Prepare and Arrange Pears

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the halved and cored pears cut side up in a baking pan. Drizzle the freshly squeezed lemon juice over the pears, then sprinkle the brown sugar and grated ginger evenly over them.

2. Roast and Baste

Bake the pears in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, occasionally basting the pears with their own juices for even caramelization.

3. Flip and Finish Roasting

Carefully flip each pear half over and return them to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the undersides to soak up the gingery syrup.

4. Serve with Vanilla Cream

Once the pears are roasted, serve them warm with a generous dollop of Sweet Cashew Cream, and drizzle any remaining pear juices over the top.
