    How to Make Cucumber Lime Yogurt Pops

    1. Blend Ingredients

    Blend the cucumbers, Greek yogurt, Demerara sugar, lime zest, lime juice, chile powder, and kosher salt in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.

    2. Freeze Pops

    Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.

    3. Unmold and Serve

    Once frozen, remove the cucumber lime yogurt pops from the molds and enjoy. Store any leftovers in a zip-top bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
