How to Make Smoky Tequila Sour

    1. Prepare Serving Glass

Take an old-fashioned glass and fill it with ice. Set the glass aside to chill.

    2. Combine Ingredients

Cut the limes and juice them into a Boston-style cocktail shaker. Add the tequila, Amaro Montenegro, freshly squeezed orange juice, and light agave nectar to the shaker, along with a handful of ice cubes. Shake the ingredients firmly for about 30 seconds until the shaker feels cold to the touch.

    3. Serve

Pour the mixture into the prepared glass using a cocktail strainer. Add a dash of liquid smoke and garnish with a lime wedge.
