How to Make Jungle Bird Cocktail

1. Shake Ingredients

Place the ice cubes into the Boston-style shaker. Add the rum, pineapple juice, Cocchi Rosa Americano, lime juice, and simple syrup. Secure the shaker and give it a vigorous shake for about 15 to 30 seconds, looking for a chilled and frothy texture.

2. Serve and Garnish

Strain the rum mixture into an old-fashioned glass over a 2-inch ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or skewer and add a light sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and a pinch of kosher salt on top.
