1. Mix Tomato and Clam Juice
Start by stirring together the tomato juice, clam juice, and lime zest in a large pitcher.
2. Dissolve Wasabi
In a small glass measuring cup, whisk together the freshly squeezed lime juice and wasabi powder until the wasabi is fully dissolved.
3. Combine Ingredients
Integrate the lime juice mixture into the large pitcher with the tomato and clam juice. Stir in the Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vodka, one teaspoon of kosher salt, and half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
4. Prepare Glasses
Prepare your highball glasses by spreading Old Bay Seasoning onto a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass to moisten it, then dip the rims into the Old Bay Seasoning to coat them evenly. Set these glasses aside to dry for a moment.
5. Fill Glasses and Pour
Fill each prepared highball glass with ice and pour in the Bloody Mary mixture.
6. Garnish and Serve
Thread three pimento-stuffed olives and a lime wedge onto a 6-inch skewer, then add a jumbo shrimp to each skewer. Place the skewer across the rim of the glass, with the shrimp resting on the edge. Serve immediately.
