1. Heat Milk and Cream
Pour the unsweetened almond milk and heavy cream into a medium saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer until it starts to steam, but not boiling.
2. Blend Ingredients
Carefully transfer the hot milk mixture to a blender. Add the powdered erythritol sweetener, cocoa powder, grass-fed collagen powder, and unsalted butter. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until frothy and smooth.
3. Adjust Sweetness and Serve
Taste the hot cocoa and add more erythritol sweetener if needed. Blend again for a few seconds if additional sweetener was added. Pour the hot cocoa into mugs and enjoy.
