    How to Make Chocolate-Peanut Pie

    1. Prepare and Bake Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of kosher salt. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for about 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 45 minutes.

    2. Make Chocolate Ganache

Pour the heavy cream into a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and add the semisweet chocolate chips and a small pinch of kosher salt. Whisk until the chocolate is melted and the ganache is smooth.

    3. Assemble and Chill Pie

Pour the ganache into the cooled crust and smooth out. Scatter the honey-roasted peanuts over the top, pressing them gently into the ganache. Refrigerate the pie for about an hour to set.
