    How to Make Chocolate-Peanut Pie

    1. Prepare Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt. Press the crumb mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 10 minutes. Cool the crust on a wire rack for 45 minutes.

    2. Make Ganache

Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and a pinch of salt. Let stand for one minute, then whisk into a smooth ganache.

    3. Assemble Pie

Scrape the ganache into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly. Scatter the honey-roasted peanuts over the ganache, pressing them gently to adhere. Refrigerate for one hour to set.
