How to Make Masabacha Chickpea Snack

    1. Mash Chickpeas and Mix with Tehina Sauce

Transfer the cooked chickpeas to a large bowl using a slotted spoon and lightly mash them with a fork. Stir in the Basic Tehina Sauce and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

    2. Adjust Consistency and Add Seasonings

Incorporate some of the reserved cooking liquid to achieve a smooth, yet slightly chunky texture. Add the finely chopped Shipka pepper, parsley, and a teaspoon of salt, mixing thoroughly.

    3. Finish and Serve

Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over the top and sprinkle with more chopped parsley. Serve with onion petals for scooping and lemon wedges on the side.
