How to Make Creamy Homemade Hummus

1. Prepare Garlic and Lemon Base

Combine the minced garlic with the fresh lemon juice in your food processor and pulse until the garlic is well minced and mixed with the lemon juice.

2. Blend Tahini Mixture

Add tahini, kosher salt, and ground cumin to the food processor. Blend for about one minute until the mixture becomes thick and smooth, like creamy peanut butter.
