    How to Make Spicy Baked Chicken with Mango

    1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Chicken

    Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer, skin side up, in a baking pan.

    2. Add Sauce and Mango

    Pour your chosen sauce over the chicken ensuring each piece is well coated, then scatter diced mango around and over the chicken.

    3. Bake the Chicken

    Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes for thighs, or 20 to 30 minutes for breasts, until the juices run clear.

    4. Prepare the Sauce

    Remove the chicken from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Remove any excess fat from the sauce in the baking pan, then add a tablespoon of honey, stirring and mashing the fruit slightly.

    5. Serve
