How to Make Port-Glazed Stilton with Homemade Oat Biscuits

    1. Prepare Port Glaze

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, ruby Port, freshly ground black pepper, and a bay leaf. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil until the syrup thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and let cool to room temperature.

    2. Serve the Cheese

Place the Stilton cheese on a platter. Drizzle the cooled port syrup over the cheese. Serve with grapes and oat biscuits.
