1. Beat the Eggs
Crack two eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and beat until well combined.
2. Melt the Butter
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter, letting it melt until it begins to foam.
3. Cook the Eggs
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, and once the edges begin to set, gently stir the cooked edges towards the center.
4. Add Cheese and Herbs
When eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny on top, sprinkle grated cheese and chopped herbs over one half of the omelet.
5. Fold and Serve
