How to Make Roasted Spiced Cauliflower with Almonds

    1. Preheat Oven

Begin by preheating your oven to a high temperature, around 425°F (220°C).

    2. Prepare Spices

While the oven heats, prepare your spices. If you have whole cumin and coriander seeds, consider grinding them using a spice grinder.

    3. Toss Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the ground cumin, coriander, a generous drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Use your hands or a spoon to ensure the florets are evenly coated.

    4. Roast Cauliflower

Once coated, spread the spiced cauliflower evenly on a sheet pan. Place the pan in the preheated oven and roast the cauliflower until the edges are golden brown and the florets are tender, about 30 minutes.

    5. Add Almonds

When the cauliflower looks beautifully roasted, remove it from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chopped almonds over the top.

    6. Serve and Enjoy

Finally, transfer the roasted spiced cauliflower with almonds to a serving dish and enjoy it warm.
