How to Make Roasted Sliced Cauliflower

1. Prepare and Slice Cauliflower

Trim and wash the cauliflower to remove any outer leaves and dirt. Then, slice the cauliflower into pieces about ¼ inch thick using a sharp knife and a colander.

2. Arrange and Season Cauliflower

Arrange the cauliflower slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush the slices with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
