How to Make Fennel Honey Butter

    1. Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, cream together the room-temperature unsalted butter, ground fennel, freshly ground black pepper, honey, and most of the flake salt until smooth and well incorporated. If using, add in the fennel pollen at this stage.

    2. Finish and Store

Transfer the Fennel Honey Butter into a storage container, smooth the top with the back of a spoon, and sprinkle with the remaining flake salt. The butter can be served immediately, refrigerated for up to three weeks, or frozen for up to three months.
