How to Make Steamed Broccoli with Garlic, Butter, and Lemon

1. Prepare and Steam Broccoli

Cut the stems of the broccoli and peel them if necessary. Trim them into manageable pieces and cut the tops into florets. Steam the broccoli until tender, which should take about 5-7 minutes.

2. Cook Garlic in Butter

Melt the butter in a small heavy pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the chopped garlic and a pinch of salt. Let them cook together until the garlic becomes fragrant.

3. Add Lemon Juice
