How to Make Roasted Broccolini & Cheddar

1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Broccolini

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the broccolini by discarding the tough bottom halves of the stems, then cut the remaining stems lengthwise and separate the florets.

2. Season and Roast Broccolini

Place the prepared broccolini on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss until evenly coated and roast in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

3. Add Cheddar and Finish Roasting

After roasting, scatter the sharp white Cheddar crumbles over the broccolini. Return the pan to the oven for another 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese melts.

4. Serve with Lemon Juice

Remove the pan from the oven and finish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the top. Serve immediately.
