How to Make Thick Yogurt with Seedy Honey and Fresh Berries

    1. Toast the Seeds

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds. Stir them gently until the seeds start to change color and the flaxseeds begin to pop.

    2. Create the Seedy Honey

Add ¼ cup of water to the saucepan with the honey, sliced ginger, lemon peel, and a pinch of sea salt. Bring this mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. After that, turn off the heat and let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes.

    3. Prepare the Yogurt and Berries

Divide the Greek yogurt between four bowls, then top each serving with a generous portion of fresh berries. Drizzle the fragrant honey mixture over the yogurt and berries.
