1. Toast Bread
Melt 1.5 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, place two pieces of thick-cut bread into the skillet. Allow the bread to cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until it turns a deeply golden color. Remove the bread and repeat the process with the remaining butter and bread slices.
2. Spread Almond Butter
Spread ½ cup of deeply toasted almond butter evenly over each piece of freshly toasted bread.
3. Add Peaches and Honey
Top each slice of almond butter toast with thinly sliced ripe peaches. Drizzle lightly with 1 tablespoon of honey.
4. Finish with Salt
