How to Make Salty Anchovy Bread Crumbs

1. Warm the Olive Oil

Start by warming the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Allow the oil to gently heat until it's warm but not smoking.

2. Dissolve Anchovy Fillets

Add the anchovy fillets to the warm oil. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir and press the anchovies until they dissolve into a smooth paste.
