A simple yet flavorful dish of lima beans infused with the aromatic flavors of galangal and garlic.
1. Rinse Lima Beans
Rinse your fresh or frozen lima beans under cold water. This will remove any dirt or ice, ensuring they are clean and ready for cooking.
2. Heat Peanut Oil
Heat the peanut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
3. Cook Garlic and Galangal
Once the oil is shimmering, add the smashed garlic and coarsely chopped galangal. Cook them for about 2 to 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
4. Add Lima Beans
