How to Make Baked Kale Chips

    1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Kale

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Take a large bunch of curly kale, already stemmed, and place it in a large bowl. Drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the kale. Use your hands to massage the oil into the kale leaves until each piece is evenly coated.

    2. Season and Arrange Kale

Spread the oiled kale leaves out in a single layer over two baking sheets. Season them with kosher salt and black pepper to taste, ensuring each leaf is well-seasoned.

    3. Bake the Kale Chips

Place the kale in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. After this initial bake, rotate the pans to promote even baking. Return the kale to the oven and bake for approximately 10 more minutes, or until the chips are crispy.

    4. Cool and Serve

Once done, let the kale chips cool slightly on the baking sheets for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your homemade kale chips as a healthy, crunchy snack.
