How to Make Vanilla Lime Ice Pops with Raspberries

    1. Prepare Infused Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine the lime zest, granulated sugar, vanilla bean, and its seeds. Add just enough water to help dissolve the sugar. Gently heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes after removing from heat.

    2. Combine Lime Juice

Stir in the freshly squeezed lime juice into the syrup until fully combined.

    3. Assemble Ice Pops

Pour the lime and vanilla mixture into ice pop molds and add fresh raspberries, ensuring they are well distributed throughout the molds.

    4. Freeze

Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

    5. Unmold and Serve

Run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the ice pops. Store any leftover pops in the freezer for up to 1 month.
